The Britannia Adelphi Hotel

Finding a hotel in Liverpool on the day of a Real Madrid game is no easy task, but we ended up staying at the Britannia Adelphi Hotel. This is a fairly old hotel, know for its spectacular exterior and exceptional location. Liverpool is a very small town, and the hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the shopping areas. As a hotel, I think it has had better moments, but it's not bad for a three star. It has all the amenities you'd expect (except wi-fi, that's true), and at least you can get some rest. Be careful though, because you can't check in until early afternoon,
