Si Flåm peut déplaire au voyageur pour son affluence touristique estivale, ce lieu aura vite fait de le réconcilier avec cette ville. Car Flåm est situé sur le parcours du circuit "Norway in a Nutshell" qui offre aux touristes la possibilité de visiter les must-see de la Norvège en quelques jours en passant par les lieux principaux. Le bourg se trouve donc placé sur le mythique trajet en train qui relie Bergen et Oslo en passant par les hauteurs par des paysages stupéfiants. Les allers-retours de trains, de bus, les campings surchargés peuvent donc donner envie à certains de faire un détour pour rester dans des zones plus sauvages. C'est donc plutôt sans surprise qu'a été ouvert ici un restaurant à l'apparence extérieure très proche des Stavkirke, les églises en bois debout. Si on redoute un peu la cohue à l'intérieur et les clichés, la décoration surprend par sa chaleur, et (peut-être est-ce du aux prix), l'affluence reste assez correcte. Le restaurant se trouve à l'étage et la réservation est obligatoire, bien qu'en réservant le jour même (fin juillet) j'ai pu avoir une table pour deux facilement. On redoute également un côté fouillis et une nourriture pour laquelle on privilégierait la quantité à la qualité. Là encore, le restaurant surprend, le service est à la fois agréable et efficace, et la nourriture est absolument délicieuse - mention spéciale aux bonnes grosses pièces de viande cuites à la perfection et à l'assiette aux 5 saveurs jumelées avec une bière différente. Pour la bière justement, les verres sont énormes, comme l'est le choix sur le menu. Les tarifs sont norvégiens mais pour un service et une quantité de nourriture au top. Pour ceux qui ont le budget, un arrêt conseillé.

It also fears a ct clutter and food for which the amount privilgierait the quality. Here again, the restaurant surprises, the service is both pleasant and efficient, and the food is absolutely dlicieuse - special mention to the good big pieces of meat cooked perfectly and the plate with twin 5 flavors with a diffrente beer. For beer precisely, the lenses are standard, as is the choice on the menu. Rates are Norwegians but for service and quantity of food on top. For those who have the budget, an advisable stopped.
