Boreal Espresso Café

Hay lugares que, por desgracia, se gastan todo en pagar la renta de un local bien ubicado en vez del producto o el servicio. Creo que Boreal Espresso Café es uno de ellos, pues la ubicación es extraordinaria, los ingredientes son buenos: café de tenepa y otros granos colombianos. Lo malo es que el personal no sabe hacer café: el agua casi hervía, muy diluido, etc. Los que saben de café, saben que si te pasas de temperatura vas a matar el sabor del pobre grano. Ni modo, quizá mejore la experiencia para otros paseantes en algún mejor día.
