Very chic Mediterranean cuisine
Bonsoir Clara is one of the restaurants that I liked best in Brussels. You'll find it in the heart of the city, near the Palais de la Bourse. The restaurant is U-shaped, with two entrances on the Rue A Dansaert giving access to two separate dining rooms, which are separated by a small bar in the middle. The decor is very chic, with multiple colourful crystals on the walls, and a vaulted ceiling covered with wooden slats. Bonsoir Clara offers a cuisine based on the Mediterranean diet.
The menu is not too broad in terms of number of dishes, but it is certainly original. For example, I had a marinated sashimi salmon salad with soy sauce, then a mix of duck, beef carpaccio seasoned with truffle oil, roasted eggplant, prosciutto, mussels and scampi .
