Bomba Village

The people in this village are not used to seeing foreign people, so my visit was a kind of event, with all the children approaching me and asking to take a picture, though, posing as genuine artists, as they now have Satellite TV in the village and they copy what they see in that distant world that they get a glimpse of on their small screens. The village is built on the sea environment, with stilt houses, in an effort to remember the ancient nomads of the sea life they led in the past. Now things are better, as there is a school, health center, and even multiple bikes circulating the few hundred meters from the village.
