Really the Black Cat Inn is a great choice to stay in Antigua. You can choose to stay in a dorm (about 6 euros), or in a single room with a bath and television (about 15, 25 and 39 euros). For those staying in dorms, there is a TV lounge available to everyone. The good thing about the place is that the room price includes an excellent breakfast where you can choose from the menu of the place: something really impressive because the dishes are hearty and tasty. Finally, since normally a breakfast is worth 3 euros, the place is a bargain! You can also have your clothes washed for 3 euros (I have not found cheaper still in Antigua), and as you guessed there is a bar and restaurant, with a nice garden and a terrace overlooking the rooftops ...
