Vilupi Bistrot

Sembra un semplice bar, molto carino e accogliente, nel suo arredamento contemporaneo in cui spiccano le sedie di plastica trasparente e una enorme parete-vineria, piena fino all'inverosimile di vini locali e non, ma nasconde un'anima da chef decisamente apprezzabile. Siamo al Bistrot Vilupi di Sezze: davanti al locale il panorama mozza il fiato. Basta attraversare la strada e si può ammirare al di sotto la campagna dai diversi colori, e in fondo il profilo del monte Circeo e del mare Tirreno. Beh, insomma, ci si siede e si chiede al gestore cosa si può mangiare. Si pensa a un panino, un tramezzino, una pizzetta... e invece no: la cucina è sempre aperta. Ad esempio per gustare le notevoli linguine alle vongole e allo zafferano, o magari allo scoglio, strapiene di frutti di mare. E poi, i dolci! Una sbriciolata da ricordare per anni... piena di crema e sciroppo su una sfoglia croccante. Nelle foto tutto ciò si riesce a malapena a percepire: chi scrive era talmente impegnata a deliziare il proprio palato da dimenticarsi di scattare in pieno foto a quanto mangiato. Consiglio: andateci, si mangia benissimo!

It seems a simple bar, very cute and cozy, in its contemporary decor is accented the transparent plastic chairs and a huge wall-winery, filled up to capacity of local wines and not, but hides a soul to be much appreciated chef. We are at the Bistrot Vilupi of Sezze: front of the room the view is breathtaking. Just cross the street and you can see below the campaign of varying colors, and at the bottom of the Circeo hill profile and the Tyrrhenian Sea. Well, I mean, you sit down and you ask the manager what you can eat. One thinks of a sandwich, a sandwich, a small pizza ... but no: the kitchen is always open. For example, to enjoy the considerable linguine with clams and saffron, or maybe the rock, overflowing with seafood. And then, the desserts! A crumbled to remember for years ... full of cream and syrup on a crisp pastry. In the photos around you you can barely perceive: the writer was so committed to delight their taste buds to forget to take pictures in full as eaten. Tip: go there, you eat well!
