Bintang Guesthouse hotel

This beautiful house, with fruit trees, isn't actually in Denpasar - it's just outside the town, in a quiet area called Bintang, just a few metres from the sea. It's a great tourist destination: the rooms seem like sultans' apartments, with large beds, carpets and pillows, bathrooms equipped with tubs and luxury showers (a rarity in Indonesia), refrigerator, satellite TV and a pool ... all this for a few euros, while in Europe you'd expect to pay 300 a night! The owner is friendly, and speaks good English. A great place to stay.
