1 review of Bellido Mills

A quick trip from Santa Cruz de La Palma

The Bellido windmills are four 16th century buildings that were mainly used for flour milling, plus other grains. To get here, you just have to go up El Puente avenue (with is a gully) until you get to the tunnel. From there, a very well signaled path takes you to the top of the mountain.

The views are gorgeous. You can see both gullies. This place is part of the Santa Cruz – La Concepcion path, where the Windmill route (PR LP 2.2) forks. Although it’s in great conditions, it’s not apt for those with vertigo, as it’s narrow and doesn’t have guardrails.
