Beach Resort

The Beach Resort is one of the first hotels one finds when they reach the beach of Arugam Bay. We went to this beach because in August the west coast beaches are not very nice, and this one seemed to be paradise. Prices are more expensive, but do not go above 10 euros per night! It is surf season and most of the people who come stay here a couple of months. We were asked how many weeks we would be staying there! The place is nice, at the water's edge. They rebuilt after the Tsunami of 2004. A little further from the water this time ....
