Barceló Valencia hotel

This very new and modern hotel is one of the latest by the Barceló chain. It is on the outskirts of the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències (city of arts and sciences complex) in Valencia, with beautiful views towards the latter.

It is a four star hotel, five minutes’ walk from the Calatrava complex and the palace of the arts, but a bit away from the rest. For almost everything, you have to take either a taxi or bus, with a little luck many pass by and it’s easy to locate. In five minutes you’re at the beach, and in ten or fifteen, the historic centre. The metro is a bit far.

The hotel has 187 rooms, of which some are suites with internet, telephone and cable TV.

The Hotel Barceló Valencia, rated four-stars, can be found close to the Ciudad de las Artes, las artes de Valencia and La torre de Francia (French Tower). It is therefore ideal accommodation for those traveling to Valencia to visit the Aquarium, the Prince Felipe Museum, and other sites in the CAC. In addition, you can also find nearby the Turia Gardens, ideal for a stroll. On this same street there is also a bus station and El Corte Ingles shopping centre. The hotel has all the usual facilities and its exterior architecture is very striking and modern.

Well connected, clean, a smoking floor, new and well maintained facilities, excellent and varied buffet breakfast. I will return to this hotel without a doubt...
