If you're looking for a good meal or just drinks with friends, I couldn't recommend El Chef more. First, you can have a well-mixed traditional cocktail for a decent price while lounging on the wooden colonial-era balcony. If you're rather have a sit-down meal, there is a nice dining hall where local businessmen and wealthy families come for steaks.
