He ido con mi mujer hoy y lamentablemente no puedo opinar sobre la comida puesto que después de más de hora y media allí sentado, me he ido sin comer. Pedimos una ensalada y un plato principal para mi mujer y otro para mi. Cuando a mi mujer le van a ofrecer ya el postre, aún no ha venido el mío. Le pregunto al camarero y me dice que se le ha olvidado, que tomará nota y que ya lo harán. Todavía estoy esperando una mínima disculpa. Le pido la cuenta y me dice perfecto. El otro camarero me pregunta que ocurre y este me interrumpe diciéndome que yo no tengo que hablar con nadie. Como si yo tuviese que pedir permiso a alguien para hablar de ello. Yo admito el error humano. Es sábado y hay mucha gente. Lo que no puedo admitir es no dar una mínima disculpa, malos modos, y nula profesionalidad rozando directamente la mala educación.
