El Bar Txapela nos pareció un sitio interesante por varias razones: 1. Está localizado a la entrada del casco histórico, por lo que se accede bastante bien sin tener que andar mucho, y está en el sitio ideal pra ir antes o después, como en nuestro caso, de visitar "la almendra". 2. El servicio es rápido y agradable. La descripción de los pinchos y las recomendaciones fueron bastante adecuadas y acertadas. 3.El precio es razonable. Siempre se ha dicho lo bien que se come en el norte, pero no siempre se dice lo tremendamente caro que es, mucho más de lo esperable y comprensible, en mi opinión, pero en este bar encontramos que el precio era bastante acorde con lo que ofrecián. Así que en conjunto salimos contentos y satisfechos

The Bar Txapela found somewhere interesting for several reasons: 1. Si vais a pasar unos días en Vitoria o los alrededores no podeis iros sin probar los pintxos del bar txapela. Todos los pintxos son elaborados artesanalmente,con la mejor materia prima y calidad, y la relación calidad precio es inmejorable, los mejores pintxos por solo 2€. Pero lo mejor de este bar no es su comida sino su gente, encantados de ayudarte con la mejor de sus sonrisas, a nosotros nos ayudaron con la ruta de las vacaciones.

Es una pena que un bar tan bien situado tenga una atención al cliente tan mala. En Euskadi la gastronomía es una experiencia increíble, pero en este bar el servicio es tan malo y pésimo que la convierte en algo negativo.

It's a shame that so conveniently located bar has a bad customer service. In Basque gastronomy is an incredible experience, but in this bar the service is so bad and worst that becomes negative.

El bar está bien cerca del centro neurálgico de Vitoria, el menú de fin de semana es de 15 €, el servicio es muy atento, el local no es muy grande pero reservan el sitio y se preocupan por cómo estás. Hay posibilidad de comer a base de pintxos.

El servicio aparte d pésimo no saben ni lo que te an puesto, aunq tampoco sabes lo q t cobran xq el ticket es ilegible. No recomendable

Lo peor de Vitoria este bar sin duda. Me han tratado fatal no pienso volver en mi vida y no lo os recomiendo. No me recogieron la mesa y no había ni servilletas
