Bar El Torreón Café

Few cafes can say they are at the foot of the Templar Castle in Ponferrada! In our journey through berciana lands, having just visited the famous Templar castle in Ponferrada summer day in July, we needed a drink to cool down until the rest of our friends arrived and we had the great idea of sitting just below the castle. By chance we stumbled upon the Cafe Bar El Torreon. It turned out that we made a great discovery because the cafeteria available with great decor, medieval shields, spears, torches and pictures that took you to the Middle Ages. In our case we prefer to sit al fresco on the outdoor terrace so you can enjoy the wonderful views of the Castle of Ponferrada.
