Desrespeito a pedidos
Uma das piores experiências para quem confia em um estabelecimento que promete fazer a entrega de pedidos é o não cumprimento. E foi o que ocorreu no último dia 24 quando solicitamos a entrega de uma refeição às 11h50 acreditando que chegaria a tempo de cumprir um compromisso às 13h. Apesar de deixarmos endereço, confirmarmos, e telefone, o que é um hábito, a entrega não foi feita nos 30 minutos prometidos.
Telefonamos às 12h30 e a funcionária disse que a comida já tinha saído. Ás 13 horas telefonamos novamente e a funcionária então disse que o entregador não localizou o endereço e pediu para que confirmasse. Não fosse o fato da funcionária ter pedido o telefone antecipadamente, conforme já anunciado, é evidente a falta da verdade por ter sido o endereço dito, repetido e confirmado no ato da solicitação.
One of the worst experiences for anyone who trusts an establishment that promises to deliver orders is non-compliance. And that was the case on the last 24th when we requested delivery of a meal at 11:50 am believing that it would arrive in time to fulfill a commitment at 1:00 p.m. Although we leave address, confirm, and telephone, which is a habit, the delivery was not made in the 30 minutes promised. We called at 12:30 p.m. and the clerk said that the food had already left. At 13 o"clock we telephoned again and the clerk then said that the delivery man did not locate the address and asked for confirmation. Were it not for the fact that the employee had requested the phone in advance, as already announced, it is evident the lack of truth because the address was said, repeated and confirmed at the time of the request.
