Something for everyone
I usually prefer small diving centers and I escape the larger companies where you end up diving in a larger group and the group leader doesn't pay attention to you. Ban's, in spite of being a huge dive center, with 4 boats, provide personalized service, and the advantage of being a dive center so great is that there are instructors from all around the world, so you can get your certification in your native language, which makes things easier. Ban's has a very good group of Spanish instructors and divemasters. Led by Sebastian Ceriani and Eva Muñoz, diving with the likes of Salvador, a Malagan that was traveling around the world but stopped in Koh Tao for a while to become an instructor, is a pleasure.
Another advantage is that they do early morning departures everyday. For those who do not like to get up early, at noon, so there is something for everyone.
