Bang Pa-In Palace
Despite the stifling heat in Thailand, you should go to each and every corner of the enclosure that houses the incredible Bang Pa-In Palace, it is a former royal residence that combines typical Thai art with the latest European trends from the seventeenth century, and a Chinese style palace which houses a throne. It also has large gardens with huge straw figures in the shape of elephants, an observatory built in the nineteenth century from where you to take in the spectacular views of the surroundings and a divine seat of personal freedom (Aisawan Dhiphya-Asana Pavilion) in the middle of a lake.
