The Bulwark Restaurant opened towards the end of 2008. It includes dishes such as lentil soup with bacon and sausage, Castilian soup, a stretched cream with a poached egg, cod chickpea soup, a jelly made from a raw spinach infusion, rice with oyster mushrooms and potatoes shoulder of lamb . It has a capacity of 60 people.
