Balthazar Restaurant

Perfect breakfast spot when you're in NYC. And those almond croissants and buckwheat crepe...oh so delicious! You would think you've died and gone to Paris! On a serious note, a very authentic French experience. The lunch and dinner menus looked equally fantastic but we were able to sit and savour breakfast pretending again we were in Paris. Such a beautiful experience, especially when we were jetlagged! Breakfast at Balthazar set us in the right mood to explore NYC.

We wanted to have brunch in a different and special place, so we chose Balthazar because we had heard positive things. Located in Soho, it's popular because the stars of Sex and the City had brunch there. The food is exquisite French, and we had a variety of dishes. Next to the restaurant is a French bakery that makes delicious breads, baguettes, and croissants. Excellent service.
