Bakio is a popular place where many surfers flock to catch waves. It is near Bermeo and Munguia. It was formerly known for its fishing but today it is the agricultural tradition that has endured. Very popular in summer. Places to visit: the beach, the parish of Andramari and Gaztelugatze.
