An egg restaurant
The full name of the restaurant is more "where the hens lay their eggs", and it alludes to a menu of practically nothing but egg. In fact, all the dishes are very varied, some more experimental than others. Of course, they have the Segovian suckling pig, as you'd expect. The environment is sophisticated and colourful, with minimalist decor. The prices are medium-high (the tourist menu is 20 euros), not entirely justified by the quality of food and service. Nevertheless, it was a good meal.
