The ArtHouse Hotel

I was surprised to see this bar on Pitt Street. Of course, it's a lovely street with a distinctive atmosphere ... but entering the bar is a transformation. All of a sudden, you're in the world of art ... and here you can admire contemporary Australian paintings. A good place to go to ponder a while, with a cup of coffee. The artistic concept is a good one, allowing artists to display their work for free and make a name for themselves.
