The Art House Hotel is in the historic center of Irkutsk, and within walking distance to the train station, the bus station and the airport. The decor is very kitsch which makes it a quirky place to stay. It's fairly inexpensive (as the city is quite expensive) if you do not want to share a room, and it is very central.
