Argelès Beach

The beach of Argelès-sur-Mer is apart from from the historic heart in what is known as Argelès-Plage, a resort area that is new, the epitome of beach tourism. It is a straight beach that is very wide with golden sand that has nothing to do with the beaches one can find further south in Collioure and Port-Vendres, such as their charming coves. Remarkably big in terms of width and breadth of it. Blue Flag has all the amenities imaginable. Despite its impersonality, typical rosellonesas beaches, what sticks out are the views of Les Alberes.
