Arche

Arche is a cozy restaurant situated in a very central area of ​​Stuttgart, next to the market square. During my stay in Stuttgart it was one of my favorite places to take visitors to show them Swabian food (from the Baden-Württemberg). I recommend trying the maultaschen with potato salad, and Spätzle with onions. The chef salad, though less traditional, is tasty. The best thing to drink is a nice cold beer. There are plenty to choose from. Yes, the barrel taste much better than the bottle. And to end the evening, I have no words for the vanilla ice cream with hot sauce made from blackberries ....
