Aquarium of Xcaret

In Xcaret, the aquarium is worth a special mention because it is like entering a new world. The theme of the entire aquarium is based on coral reef in the Mexican Caribbean. There are tropical fish, hard and soft coral, anemones, sponges, starfish, seahorses and many more species. When finishing the tour you can go see the giant sea turtles, as the park has an environmental education program and breed turtles which are later freed into the ocean.
