Ao Salad Port

To get to Koh Kood island in Trat province, southeast of Bangkok, the only way is by ferry or speedboat. Although there are other points of entry the most common is the Port of Ao Salad. A bay of blue waters, contrasting with the green of the vegetation of the island, from where you will see a figure of a big golden Buddha, you are greeted in the northwest of the island. A small spring in a village is the landing place where a van will be waiting for you to take you to your hotel. If not, do not worry because you can find transportation at the pier to inspect the island and find your perfect place.
