Antico Caffè Torinese

L'Antico Caffè Torinese, che da molti anni ormai sorveglia l'angolino tra Corso Italia e Via Roma, è un altro degli eleganti locali storici triestini dove risulta sempre piacevole fare una sosta. Gli arredi interni ricordano quelli di un transatlantico e sono infatti ad opera dall'ebanista Debelli, che a inizio Novecento aveva realizzato anche i lussuosi interni delle famose navi passeggeri Vulcania e Saturnia.

The Antico Caffè Torinese, which for many years now oversees the corner between Via Roma and Corso Italy, is another of the elegant historic inns Trieste where it is always nice to take a break. The interior furnishings are reminiscent of an ocean liner and are in fact by dall'ebanista Debelli, which in the early twentieth century had also created the luxurious interiors of the famous passenger ship Saturnia and Vulcania.
