Angling Center
Angling comes from the word angle in English. It is a fishing method that uses a special angle to catch fish. The Angling Center is a social club for fans of the sport. It's located in the port of Howth, 10 km from Dublin's city center. At the top of the Angling Center, there is a room dedicated to photo exhibitions. When we went, the exhibition was about the people of Howth in the past, before it became a prefered place for the people of Dublin to spend a weekend by the sea. It was just a simple fishing village. In the lower part, the Angling Center organizes a weekend flea market with stalls of second-hand clothing, fair trade coffee, handmade jewelry and other souvenirs of the region. As it is a hangar, it is an ideal place to organize sales of all types, but it is full of people and is a effort to walk and when one decides to give away food in their stall and everyone starts running in it's direction ... Saturdays and Sundays.
