Cathedral that is one of the biggest of Gothic style
Delving into the interior of the Cathedral of Amiens is like moving to the extreme grandeur. Its measures 133.5 meters long, 70 meters wide at the vaults and 42 meters high, making it one of the biggest Gothic cathedrals. It has 3 ships in which the plant is higher than the lateral side and enormous stained glass windows that make the light penetrate inside. The choir chapels are surrounded by radial or presents on the outside from the late 15th and 16th centuries with scenes of San Juan Bautista and San Fermin who was the first bishop of the city. In the choir axis one can see that a big stained glass window was donated to the cathedral in the year 1269.
