All You Can Eat de Gran Vía

Hay dos all you can eat en Madrid, que yo haya visto, uno está en la calle Gran Vía y otro cerca de la calle Preciados. Yo he estado en el de Gran Vía que ahora no me acuerdo del número pero está entre Callao y Plaza de España. Estabamos un día dando vueltas por Madrid sin decidirnos por un sitio para cenar y nos llegó un hombre que repartía publicidad de este sitio y como estábamos muertos de hambre qué mejor que un buffet... De precio estaba bastante bien, sólo 9,95 y te incluye postre y la bebida. Así que echamos un ojo y como vimos que había bastante variedad de comidas nos quedamos. El local tiene dos plantas una abajo con el buffet y la caja y otra arriba enorme y muy bonita. El local estaba bastante limpio y el trato fue muy bueno. Para comer puedes elegir entre muchísimos platos como ensaladas de varios tipos con salsas para echar muy completas, vegetales variados, pasta de varias clases con diferentes salsas, pizzas variadas muy ricas, paella, alitas de pollo, y luego de postre diferentes frutas, pastelitos, helado, flanes... Vamos que creo que por 9,95 no se puede pedir más. La calidad no es excelente pero está bien para el precio que tiene.

Come to think for 9.95 can not ask for more. The quality is not great but OK for the price it has.

El otro día fuimos unas amigas y yo a este restaurante, el de C/ Preciados. Cuando cogimos todos los platos y llegamos a la mesa mi amiga encontró una cucaracha en su plato de arroz blanco con tomate, muerta evidentemente de haber cocinado el arroz con ella dentro. Cuando fuimos a la camarera a decirle lo que ocurría cogió el plato y se fue a la cocina riéndose. A la vista de que no salía de la cocina fuimos a poner una hoja de reclamaciones a una de sus compañeras. Ella nos dijo que lo sentía mucho y que nos iba a devolver el dinero a las cinco pero que fuéramos discretas y que no dijéramos nada al resto de comensales del restaurante. Me pareció vergonzoso porque actuaban como si no fuera la primera vez que les pasa. Vergonzoso completamente.

He estado en este restaurante en junio de 2012 (Calle Gran Vía) y lo que vi no coincide con el comentario. Vi una muy sucia, la comida fría y amarga. Incluso la soda fue bautizado con agua. Me pagó y se fue sin comer. Como está cerca de un lugar turístico es armadinha para los turistas. No recomiendo a nadie. Puedo dejar un mensaje para el propietario: - el respeto es un deber y un derecho para todos. Va a ser un día un turista en el mundo en algún lugar y no quieren ser tratados de la manera como trata a sus clientes. Me pareció el lugar un cubo de basura!
