Great view of the Caribbean Sea
This place is nice and has a great view of the Caribbean Sea. On the Rancheria River there is a balcony viewpoint where you can rumba all night with a variety of music. The name is an allegory to Alcatraz Prison in the US and shows some images of characters from the city. You don't want to leave the place at dusk or dawn since it is extraordinarily beautiful. I give it 10 points in all
