Alaloum

Alaloum fue un restaurante que me recomendaron mucho y bien valió la pena. Lo que más me gustó es que crean su menú del día en base a lo que encuentran fresco ese día en particular. A pesar de que estoy en contra de toda la industria alimenticia animal, la manera en que este lugar maneja sus productos animales es lo más cercano a lo que puedo considerar un trato humano. Sus animales de granja son de su propio corral. El pescado que ofrecen lo cachan ellos mismos esa mañana. En realidad sus productos animales no son de industria, sino caseros en su mayoría. Mi cena consistió en Fava, los frijoles gigantes y el vino de casa. Las porciones son muy grandes, así que en realidad hubiera sido suficiente con un solo platillo.

Alaloum was a restaurant recommended to me a lot and well vali it. What I liked most is that they create their menu of the day based on what they find fresh that day in particular. Although I am against all animal food industry, the way this place operates animal products is more close to what I consider humanely. Their farm animals are their own corral. The fish that offer the cachan themselves that morning. Actually their animal products are not industry but home in their majority. My dinner consisted in Fava, giant beans and house wine. The portions are very large, you as it actually would have been enough with a single dish.
