Massimo Bologna
Jewish-Roman cuisine
During our trip to Rome, a friend brought us here so we could discover true Roman-Jewish cuisine, something we’d heard about and were quite curious. This elegant restaurant is located in the Roman Ghetto and the food was delicious. We had “flor guidia” artichokes, fried squash with mozzarella, and anchovies alla tonnarelli (tomato sauce with parmesan and sage). We also tried the “pompiera” cutlet, tiramisu, and wine sorbet.
