Ristorante storico nel quartiere Parioli di Roma. La particolarità del posto è che il menù varia ogni giorno in base alla disponibilità e alla freschezza dei prodotti. Sono stato a cena con degli amici e abbiamo apprezzato principalmente le portate di carne: una deliziosa tagliata e delle animelle di vitello con purè alle olive. Tutto di ottima qualità come anche i contorni e i dolci che ci sono stati consigliati dal personale. Il ristorante è gestito da due signore di origine marchigiana ma la cucina prende spunto un po' da tutti i piatti tradizionali della Penisola. Locale arredato con gusto, con un grande camino per la brace a vista e i tavoli ben distanziati per garantire tranquillità e privacy ai clienti. Ricca scelta di etichette dei vini. Prezzi non proprio economici ma comunque nella media per uno dei quartieri più eleganti della Capitale.

I had dinner with some friends and we mostly liked the meat courses: a delicious cut and veal sweetbreads with even the olives. All of excellent quality as well as the contours and desserts that were recommended by the staff. The restaurant run by two ladies of Marche origin but the cuisine is inspired a bit 'from all the traditional dishes of the Peninsula. Local tastefully decorated, with a large fireplace to the ember in sight and well-spaced tables to ensure tranquility and privacy to customers. Rich choice of wine labels. Prices not exactly cheap but still about average for one of the most elegant neighborhoods of the capital.
