Un clásico de la capital.Su cocina de autor y mercado está basada en la calidad de la materia prima y un buen hacer en los fogones con técnicas modernas de texturas y sabores equilibrados y con raíces malagueñas. La Carta se renueva cada tres meses y se centra en los fuerte de cada estación (por ejemplo platos de caza en otoño, o en verano durante la feria). Allí es posible encontrar desde el éxito internacional "la porra de bogavante" o creaciones de base andaluza y malagueña.Postres excelentes y muy imaginativos como la sopa de frutas con sorbete de albahaca y la pirámide de naranja y helado de plátano. Amplia y selecta bodega con casi 250 refrencias.El servicio diligente a cargo de Luis Morilla. Condimentado en la medida justa, elaboran platos con ingredientes fabulosos, para degustarlo, con el objetico de no alterar el sabor y calidad del producto original.
