Achillion Palace
This little hideaway was Sissi's preferred spot. Sissi was the Empress of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The palace was built in 1891 and Sissi spent long stays there. She loved everything "lost Greece" and soaking up the culture. This palace is near Corfu's center and it can be reached by bus. It costs 8 euros to get in (I think), and it's worth it for its views of the Ionian sea, the gardens and the Roman and Greek sculptures. Among which are highlighted the "Achilles Victorious "and" Achilles defeated "(the name pays tribute to the palace mythological hero), and for visiting units enjoyed the
