For those visiting the historical center of Porto Seguro it is almost impossible not to try the acarajé of Cris. It is next to the Church ,with all its super store decorated with the aroma that spreads throughout the Bay. Cris is very friendly, with her beautiful smile and green eyes, giving advice while preparing the best acarajé around. She invented the cod acarajé for people who are allergic to prawns and I can say that those who have tried it have loved it. I can say that wandering around Bahia, I'd rarely eaten acarajé as fresh and delicious as Cris', so I recommend it with my eyes closed.
