Hotel Academie (Bruges, Belgium)
This hotel is very close to Minnewater (the Lake of Love), and 15 minutes walk from Markt Square. For a little more than 30 euros (in winter it's less) per person it includes a delicious breakfast. The rooms have cable tv and heat and air conditioning. The one problem is that you can only use wifi if you're in the gardens, terraces and restrooms.
