A Fuego Lento Restaurant

This is a newly opened Asturian Vinotech and restaurant. The style is elegant, minimalist, with a slightly rustic feel, very cool. The waiters are quite young, all are veterans but aged between 20-30 years. The chef is Pele Pelegrim.
