Yummy Pho
I stopped at 4 Roosevelt Asian Bistro to pick up a meal to go recently. Though the name is slightly confusing, 4 Roosevelt Asian Bistro is an Asian restaurant located near the train station in Mystic, Connecticut. I ordered two bowls of Pho, the chicken and the beef, and both were very simple and delicious. The soups came with spices, herbs, and bean sprouts to add in to flavor the soup to your taste and the portion sizes were incredibly generous. I'd love to go back to eat in the restaurant and order a larger meal off of their extensive and authentic menu soon.
