3Carats is an exclusive club that's elegant and modern which is in contrast with the traditional Xian. It's on the 2nd floor and specializes in cocktails. The place is clean and safe. I spent several hours there and they always played R & B, Hip hop and sometimes Soul, although it was not very loud so it was pleasant to hold a conversation along with your cocktails. For this place to be unique it doesn't allow you to enter if you wear sports clothes. In the same way, the prices of the drinks cost in any terrace in Madrid.
