1000 Islands

A couple of hours from Toronto is natural Thousand Islands, made up of of an archipelago of over 1,700 islands whose shares a border between the U.S. and Canada. Taking a cruise you can tour the small islands and it is strange. Many of these are occupied by people who opt for one country or another, according to their customs and ideologies showing USA or Canadian flags, either Lake Ontario or New York. But the funny thing is to see how there can be such small islands as the perimeter occupies a two-story house, where there is little space to walk around for the landing of your portal or to plant a tree.

The Toronto Islands on Lake Ontario is an upscale neighborhood in Elque where three hundred families reside. You can cross Toronto by boat to take a walk and enjoy the skyline that the buildings of the financial district form. The archipelago is made up of a total of eight islands, with a variety of flora and fauna.

This photo was taken in the 1000 Islands area early April in Canada. It is a beautiful lake that is still frozen. It looks like the birds are sitting above the ice looking for a place to drink a little water. It is a fantastic place.
