Private Mallorcan Herbal Liqueur Making Class

Once you meet your guide, you'll be transported to the picturesque country town of Esporles, located in Mallorca's interior. During the trip, your guide will explain the background of licor de hierbas and its importance in local culture.

After arriving in Esporles, you'll set out to collect fresh wild herbs in the meadows surrounding the village. As you enjoy the fresh air and mountain views, your guide will teach you about the most commonly used herbs in Mallorcan herbal liqueur and how to correctly identify each one.

With your herbs ready, it'll be time to begin the class. The class will take place in the courtyard of a traditional Mallorcan home and you'll learn how to correctly combine and mix the herbs to get the best final product.

During the class, you'll be treated to ice cold beers and some traditional Mallorcan snacks like quelis, olives and sobrasada.

After the class in complete, you'll be able to take home your own bottle of herbal liqueur. Don't drink it yet! For the flavors to truly develop, the liqueur needs to be stored for at least three months before consuming. Once it's ready, you'll have a delicious and unique way to finish off your dinners with friends and family.

At the end of the experience, you'll be returned to the meeting point.
